Dr. Sahib would be a memory for all times i am an afghan man attending his speeches many times in Peshawar Nashtar Hall. I do not want say about his knowledge as i am not in the position to talk about his huge and wisdom, but thing which really attracted me his style of speech which could draw the attention of the audience. i wrote a book regarding " Quran and Modern Sceince" in Dari and once he came to Peshawar to meet his friend Dr. Safi in University Town and i gave him one to check. then he send me an email and appreciated my effort and asked me to meet him. but just within a week i had to leave Pakistan and come to my country. I do not say that he is dead, becasue he did his job and has enough books and speeches to teach the muslims and invite the non muslims for century. his name would be written in the history along with Alama IQbal, Sayed Jamaluudin, Ahmad Dedad, Maododi, Sayed Qutib etc. may his soul rest in peace which defeantly he is now in a place much better than this world. My Beloved Person Sir Dr Israr Ahmad is the source who has revolutionized my life. it was just a few days before he left us that i started listening to his "daura-e-tarjma-e-Quran". i had started to have a great thirst for meeting him in personal but when i woke up on that fateful morning, the sudden news really went deep down the core of my heart. Sir Dr israr ahmad seemed just like my Grandfathe to me, so sweet and so enlightening and it was a great sense of satisfaction for me when i saw him in my dream smiling and being very affectionate while i told him that i was listening to his audios... Big loss to Muslims Dear All, I was shocked to hear about Dr.Israr Ahmed's death. Its really a big loss to Islam as he was nice islamic scholar. All muslim ummah was benefitting from his lectures. I never seen a person who openely challenges the poltics people. Kindly let me know when and how did he pass away Its a shock to the Islamic world and especially to me. Inna Lillahe wa Inna Elahi Rajeoon AoA. Dr. Israr sahib made great contribution to bringing back to the fold of Islam many, many people whom modern education had kept away from even an elementary knowledge of their religion. He touched so many lives for the better and joined the ranks of other non-madrissah scholars like Maulana Abul Ala Maudoodi, Dr. Ghulam Murtaza Malik, Dr. Farhat Hashmi, Dr.Zakir Naek, who have all adopted a contemporary approach to introducing Islam to Muslims as well non Muslims.
